About the Internship:
- Training Phase (1st Month):Â Gain in-depth knowledge of our systems and processes training
- Paid Internship (After 1 Month):Â Move into a paid role where you will apply your technical skills to real-world challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support network configuration, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Perform system upgrades and ensure seamless connectivity.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver technical support and resolve user issues.
- Document and maintain hardware inventory and network diagrams.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of hardware components, network protocols, and system architecture.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
