Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Development & Maintenance:
    • Design, develop, and maintain the organization's website, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
    • Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across devices and browsers.
  • Front-End Development:
    • Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies to create visually appealing web pages.
    • Collaborate with designers to ensure UI/UX standards are met.
  • Back-End Development:
    • Work on server-side programming and database management using technologies like PHP, Python, or Node.js.
    • Integrate APIs and other third-party tools to enhance website functionality.
  • Content Management:
    • Update website content regularly, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    • Assist in integrating CMS platforms such as WordPress or custom-built solutions.
  • Testing & Debugging:
    • Perform regular testing to identify and fix bugs or performance issues.
    • Optimize website speed and performance for better user experience.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to align web development with organizational goals.
    • Gather feedback to improve website features and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with back-end development (Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.) and database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Understanding of web hosting, domain management, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
