About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. If you have expertise in modern frontend technologies, a passion for pixel-perfect UI design, and the ability to lead a team of developers, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript.
- Optimize frontend performance using a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Lead and mentor a team of three frontend developers, ensuring best coding practices, conducting code reviews, and managing project timelines.
- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Effectively handle multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to team members and clients, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in React.js and Next.js with a deep understanding of React hooks, context API, and server-side rendering.
- Work with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, Typescript, and ShadCN to create scalable and maintainable UI components.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solid grasp of JavaScript, data structures, and performance optimization.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect web applications.
- Proven experience in leading a frontend team, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and clients.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
