Back End Developer

Shmooz is looking for a talented Back End Developer to join our growing team!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Laravel framework.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Work with databases like PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code following coding standards
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and responsiveness of applications
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application components
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Back End Developer with expertise in Laravel and PHP
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
